The basic principle is simple. You enter all the tasks, ideas and assignments into www.NextAction.ie. Throughout the day you follow the list and mark tasks as Done once you completed them. If you cannot do the task Today - suspend it by moving to Tomorrow. By the end of the day, your daily list should be empty. As you use NextAction™ on daily basis it becomes an essential element of your task management. You will not have to keep tasks in your mind anymore. And just like you clear the list of tasks every day your mind will be clean and ready for creative and efficient thinking.

A concept first used by David Allen in his book Getting Things Done allows our users to separate tasks into calls, errands, meetings etc. NextAction™ automatically selects the most suitable task from the same context.
